To be honest if I could get my hands on fish that had not been frozen before being sold to me as fresh I might worry about it. But my understanding is the worms and parasite issues are normally only from line caught deep see fish. So pacific salmon and the like. ---- but don't take my word for it!
Things like tuna or salmon stake that I get are great just put into a bag with lemon juice and left for 6 hours. Herring is famously eaten just in brine. But any fish really is good raw.
