Hope it works for you. But if it doesn't, be aware: as described, this isn't "low carb for weight loss."

It's more like "low carb maintenance for an athlete in training."

That would be fine if you weren't looking to lose weight, but your stats say you do. So you will probably need to re-examine if and when you don't get the results you seek.

Just don't blame low carb!
