Yesterday (Thursday): kind of a 'mish-mash of everything' workout.

push-ups: 3 sets of 10
squats: 3 sets of 9-10
crunches: 3 sets of 8-9
side crunches: 1 set on each side, 8
side leg lifts: 3 sets of 8-9

Today: stretching (about 12 minutes)
cardio - about 20 minutes
