Personally that's what I'd do chop everything into bite size hunks and throw in pot or crockpot and smimmer for hours to marry flavors. Sounds like a good recipe tho.......I had chili today, just ground beef pretty much same ingredients I use chicken broth or beef broth and simmer for hours I added one can of beans to a HUGE pot......normally I would have added 2-3 large cans, but keeping carbs down and it was every bit as good if not better than pre-lc days! ![Yum](/images/smilies/yum.gif)
