You write you are on the Atkins plan, but have not read any books. It would be helpful if you do so that you understand the plan, or at least follow the rules here: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=236482
Cheese is limited to 3 oz for the day, and granulated sweeteners are limited to 3 tiny packets and cream to 1 oz. The amounts of sweetener and cream in your recipe, even per one small serving, increases the carb count well over the daily limit. It is better in induction to get most of your carbs from vegetables, and easier to adjust to low carb eating if you can avoid all artificial sweeteners.
