I think this site is actually the best source of information.
Paleo is what you make it. You can be very strict or tailor the plan
to fit your weightloss/health needs.
I managed to find Neanderthin at a used bookstore in town and it is
a good read. I really find the most motivation from this site and marks daily apple. For me I do this for weightloss and am not so much a stickler for
whether my beef is grass fed or not. If I can find it- great ! If I can't then that is okay too. You already have a lot of pressure on yourself and the main thing
is to do what works for you.
I don't do dairy, grains, tubers, legumes, or sugar.
I eat lots of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, tea, coffee and occasionally processed meats.
I try to stay away from too many extra oils and salt
try new healthy foods instead of focusing on what you can't have and
good luck!
