I love a good hot flash on a cold night!!! Seriously tho, I tend to sit them out. Some nights they wake me up and I have to stand by an open window - I could get arrested if anyone looked up. During the day when they happen I just fan myself. Interestingly just before one comes on I get a terrible thirst. I dont know if thats normal??!!
