I just read in Prevention that during the hollidays, pick out 2 things you love the most and plan on having them a couple of times over the whole season. They said it makes it easier to say no to all the other junk. This made sense to me right away! I'm going to find low carb recipes for two of my favorites and splurge on them on the tough days.
