Apple Cider Vinegar?
is anyone using this? as a supplement? If so, how? A friend advised consuming a Tablespoon prior to each meal, however this was prior to going back on LC. Gosh it tastes AWFUL, so if it's not helpful, I'm going to bail. Thanks for your input. :-)
