Grrr The walk didn't happen but I did do 10 minutes of weights.
Today I've just done dance/aerobic around my living room like a loon with 2kg weights in each hand for 30 minutes non stop - for me an achievement and I feel fab ![Smilie](/images/smilies/smile.gif)
