I think I've solved the problem. I'm going to chalk most of it up to sugar withdrawal. My daytime hunger has decreased greatly. I've actually skipped breakfast a couple of days since I just wasn't hungry for it. I've cut the carbs in my RM a bit and am no longer getting hungry after dinner. I've also cut out the splenda except for coffee at breakfast.
Still waiting for the mailman to bring my CALP book!
