Tuesday: Arms & Abs / Cardio

It felt really good to be back in the gym. I have been trying
to get my self down to my goal weight for 7 years. That is so
sad to me. I will admit there has been so much going on so I have
to take that into consideration. Well I am here again I have an
agressive goal that I need to hit by February 8th. If I stay on track
I am gauranteed to reach the goal, if I keep slacking off and letting
food rule me, I am gauranteed not to reach the goal. What to do
what to do? Well I have 5 weeks, 35 days to make this happen.

Arms & Back Strength training
Treadmill - Interval running 35 minutes 1.90 miles

This is The Last Day 1 of this weight loss journey, I am hitting my goal
this time MIND over FOOD...Period.
