Great idea Demi!! I'm IN!!

I've already begun doing this as my scale was scaring me!!
Drinking more water
cutting back on calorie dense foods ie: cheeses
cutting out my 'treats'
drinking enough water
I still do 2 pilates classes per week and walks daily
I could do a bit more aerobic stuff

I know that there is more to add but this will suffice for now.
