I was reading my DANDR this morning regarding this topic. Dr A recommended avoiding specific nuts, but mentioned that all nuts are prone to mold. I was wondering if I should avoid all nuts (including macadamias) just to be safe.
Also, he mentions avoiding processed meat. I've lately been making my own bacon, I'm wondering if that would be included.
Any ideas? I'm planning on trying a month free of the foods mentioned to see if there is any difference.
