Thanks for getting in touch.
i am eating more red meats and upped my fat intake.
no longer craving it. feel good for it. because i am eating more red meats and fat i am not eating as much. feel fuller. just done a ketone test this morning. and its in the purple. the lighter purple. i dont know if that was also because i had some lettuce fried in coconut oil last night as well . but it is all very good just now. doing a weigh in tomorrow to see how the scales are doing
