I am Jen(30)...married to Steve, and mom to 2 wonderful kids...a daughter Katy(5¾yrs old) and a son Christian(2¾yrs old). We are in London, Ontario.

I started the Atkins plan on Feb 10, 2003(2 days after my birthday). So far so good. I like being on this WOE. My husband has been on Atkins for 4wks and has lost a whopping 30lbs already. I am so proud of him.
