26 Days left till my 6 month weigh in. MUST DO BETTER!!!
Didn't go to the gym for 4 days. Ate badly. Drank alcohol. Had terrible TOM (still here). Today I am 4.2lbs up still.
But I am back on track and I want to be 210lbs by the end of April!!!!
Yesterday was a new Day 1, for everything.
