I'm in my third week of maintaining using LC. I cut out the fruit I was eating and my weight is going DOWN! The reason I'm so excited is because before doing hCG (RX injections) I couldn't lose weight on LC... I could sort of maintain, but I was even going up a bit.
The advice from one hcg site is to calculate your BMR and try not to exceed those calories. With the fruit, it seems like 1500 calories and I was going up a bit. However, now without the fruit I'm pushing 1700 (yesterday nearly 2000) and I'm losing a bit.
This is really exciting because LC really hasn't worked for me in years and years.
I'll be getting my RT3 testing at the end of the month, it'll have been a full 3 weeks maintaining then. So hopefully the RT3 from the very low calories will be cleared out.
Next round of HCG I'll try doing without the fruit at all and see how it works. I am noticing my blood sugar responds very badly to fruit now.
