Hi guys I'm a 26 yr old male and have been suffering with Acanthosis/Insulin Resistance since i was 17. Right now it's at its Wost.. now my neck is getting darker all around! i also have it under my armpits, and inner elbows. but my neck is just bad & getting worse.. my skin is fair so it really shows. haven't told my partner nor my family have seen my acanthosis, they would probably make a huge deal out of it and think i have some death disease & worry. so i rather not deal with that right now.. luckily i have long hair and can cover it. i also would like to post pics of my 'disease' but i am new here so when i get the hang of this forum i will post them. I have been reading this thread for several months now and i finally decided to subscribe and talk about this problem with others who are suffering like me.
