Default 2-minute breakfast mini casserole

1 cup ground pork sausage already browned (or any other ground meat)
1 egg
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 slice cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Oil or spray the bottom of a mug or bowl. Put in pork sausage. Beat the egg with the sour cream. Pour over ground pork. Cover with cheese.

Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on your oven, and enjoy.

I estimate about 3 carbs.
