No fat
Hi. Thanks for your response... The reason I don't want to eat fat at bkfst and lunch is because I know my dinner will be fatty. I don't have CALP only the original CAD. I'm sure it will work as I used to be on a similar plan for 11 years but it was too strict.
Also, exercise is important. Join a gym, do aerobics, lift weights. Work out a regimen daily.
