According to the USDA, chicken tenders are strips of chicken breast meat. However, that is not a 'rule' or 'law'. Some are even made of ground chicken that has been formed into a strip, although these are usually breaded, and are common in restaurants. ![Smilie](/images/smilies/smile.gif)
