Maybe your doctor is wrong about you being 141. Do you have a small frame?

I am also 5'8" and a lot older than you at 59. I was 140 many years ago and unable to maintain it. I chose 160 as my initial goal...and I work to get and stay as close to 150 as I can....that is realistic for me.

I saw that you said you failed at SB....what happened?
