Holy Toledo, girl....I wouldn't worry about the honey so much as the 1 cup of flour!!!
You could sub Splenda for the honey, but since there are 84 grams of carbs in 1 cup of flour I'd stay away from this altogether. That would be almost 3 days worth of carbs. WOW...I think I'd stop watching Emeril.
