Have you thought about going to a homeopath instead of a traditional doctor. I think they listen more and if he/she is also an MD also, they have a greater choice of treatments. I don't have most of your problems but I do have hormonal problems, unexplained weight gain and extreme fatigue. After suffering for years I finally feel better after only one month. My Dr. said it will take about a year to get back to normal--but I don't have to worry about side effects of traditional meds so will gladly take it.
