I was lucky, I never did have any real morning sickness. A little nausea here and there, but nothing too bad... I did, however, have some pretty strong protein aversions and had a hard time eating beef, chicken, fish, etc. and I tried SO hard to fight it and would force down protein, but it would only make me miserable and feel sick. Honestly, I don't think there's any point in fighting it. By all means, eat the healthiest foods that you can stomach. But if you're seriously so nauseous that the only thing you can keep down without puking are some graham crackers, then so be it. It'll pass soon enough and you can get on with the healthy eating then. Do make sure you're taking your prenatal multivitamin, though!

Good luck and I hope your morning sickness passes quickly!!
