Default Work It

A gym log seems suitable for a means to an end.

My plan is to Excercise everyday. I currently live a pretty sedentary life. I am up and down at work most days but I don't think that this counts for much.

Curves blew me off for my first work out on Saturday due to a blizzard so I guess I will forgive them. I called first thing this morning and rescheduled my learning work out. That'll teach them for cancelling on me. I am still coming.

I am going to do Sharon Mann pilates on the Curves off days. Tues, Thurs, Sat is Curves and Sharon Mann has me every other day.

Logging it daily. I've lost 9.5 pounds and my goal is to continue induction and add excercise in hopes of getting to 20 pounds for the month.
