Hi there! I'm new to South Beach. I started the year off on Atkins induction and lost well, but it wasn't agreeing with me. My DH is still on Atkins, but I'm switching myself officially as of today to SB. I've read most of the book, and took JudyNYC's lists with me to the grocery store the other day. So helpful!
