Just discovered a very handy LC substitute for ice cream. Buy some of the M&S brandy flavoured pressurised cream in an aerosol. Pump some into a container and freeze it. Tastes just like ice-cream and only 5g of carbs per 100g. Personally, I'd be quite happy with 50g. |
