Unfortunately since quitting low carb, I have forgotten alot. About what I can/can't eat etc... and this time I really don't want to make mistakes because I don't know enough.
So, if you find a product that's low carb... be it some kind of bar, yoghurt or prepared meal etc (like the things that have already been listed in this thread)... is it sure to be safe to eat on a low carb diet as long as it is low in carbs? or should we be looking at other ingredients also? Could something be low carb, but have certain ingredients in it that will make you stall or gain weight? (if that makes sense).
