Exactly.

I know the better half has diabetes, is over weight, but what really shocked me was seeing the diet they recommended! OMG, this is their recommendation! Below..........so 3 meals and snacks that are recommended. What maybe 250 carbs a day? Plus the high fructose syrups and sugars in everything manufactured? Insane.....
