Yes - I lost my weight all on Atkins. Unfortunately, I'm in a place right now where I'm having a hard time dealing with the plan and I've gained back about 20 pounds. I think there was a fear issue involved - fear of being thin. I'm working on it - and I won't ever give up until I get to a sensible weight.
