Been doing great on exercise - at least 45 to 60 minutes per day of walking either outside or on the treadmill. I do longer distance outside at a steady pace and do shorter distance with intervals on the treadmill. Yesterday, I did 45 minutes on the treadmill. I exercised every day last week, so I'm taking today off - it's Labor Day (and I don't want to labor).
