Hi there achio4444 Congrats on accepting the challenge and on starting Induction! Sounds like you've got some plans to get fit and healthy
Intense cardio and weight lifting on 20g a day is tough; for some it's not even possible. If you're new to high intensity cardio like the 20 MAS (minute aerobic solution) and especially if you're new to lifting weights I would suggest waiting until you've got Induction under your belt. That doesn't mean you can try a few workouts to get a feel for them - in fact that would be something I'd recommend.
Test driving a few upper and lower body workouts and giving one or two 20 MAS's a go will make starting the actual challenge a lot simpler. If you do try this, remember that while doing an upper body workout and then doing some intense cardio a few days later might be doable on 20g of carbs it's not the same as 6 workouts a week.
The biggest challenge to that first 12 week plan is in the planning, IMHO. You can take this two weeks to get that out of the way - when Day 1 arrives you'd be all set.
Any more questions just fire away!
