It is always amazing the little bits of wisdom I pick up here - both LC and nonLC. I never thought to have my daughter drink some water after her morning vit - but I always wondered how good globs of that stuff stuck in her molars was for her teeth (since I assume the kids vitamins have their fair share of sugar!)
