At your weight Dee....it'd be great if you started to lift some weights and do some toning ie: Pilates or yoga. It will help your body a lot!!
I did only walking while I was losing but I was huge and could barely do that. I walk 4-5 hours a day and it hurt when I was still 270. I lifted weights this past year and am ashamed that I have not worked out in a while...but want to get back to it as I felt great when I was doing it.
