I better have sore arms tomorrow! Take away from these calves, oy vay! Of course I could do the same workout 3 days from now and not feel a damned thing.

Today was tris/bis/shoulders with a little guerilla cardio thrown in for good measure.

18 mins guerilla cardio - 4 mins warm up, 10 mins 30 sec intervals, 4 min cool down, followed by

Tricpes, one armed extensions, kickbacks and push downs
Bicpes, incline alternating curls, concentration curls, hammer curls & cable curls
Shoulders, lateral raises, bent arm lateral raises, shoulder presses.

I'm too tired for the details tonight!
