Not only am I way out of my teens, but I don't live in S'pore. I
live in HK - but more people seem to post from S'pore & some of the issues about food & culture seem to be closer than in the other areas, so that's why I post here.

I'm also doing SBD, not Atkins (what a misfit I am!) so can't answer much about those sorts of issues.
