Funny you should mention that. I would really like to quit and being the slacker I am when it comes to exercising, I thought to myself each time I feel the urge for a smoke, I will get on my treadmill for a few minutes. I would then be killing 2 birds with one stone.......quitting and getting my exercise in at the same time. Haven't tried it yet but it's a thought that's been going throw my head.
