How about some protein with your lunch? I don't see a whole lot of fat there either. I just want to say that my stats say I weigh 136.9. For literally the last year I've bounced between 136 and 142 depending on the day, TOM, water/salt intake etc. I'm exercising 5-6X's per week. Even though the scale hasn't moved I'm smaller. I used to need an XL top to cover my belly, I have a torn rectus abdominus muscle, now I can actually fit into some mediums without any problem. I'm shrinking which therefore makes my weight loss stall, not really a stall.
