That reminds me of something my chiro once told me. I was telling him how my stepmom allegedly had high cholesterol and was all freaky about not eating any. He said, "The body MAKES cholesterol. If there is too much, it isn't what you eat, it is either that the body is making too much or isn't cutting back enough, which is something that needs dealing with, or it means the elimination processes of the body are having problems, and it's starting to store things that should be released."

I thought about that for a long while. She was allergic to like everything in the world, but as she got emotionally and physically healthier, gradually she got un-allergic, hmmn!

Anything that the body creates, it ought to know when to create more or less of it. If there is too much of it, then it seems to be it is more a body issue than a dietary issue.
