Hi, I am Denise and glad to have found the 50 thread. Years ago I lost a lot of weight on the low carb plan and hope to do it again. This is the only plan that I don't get hungry on. My cravings are gone too. I don't exercise like I should. I am going to start. I have 4 pieces of equipment here, so I have no excuse for not doing it. ( just lazy) I am married for the second time. I lost my first husband after 25 years of marriage. I have one daughter and she has one daughter. My husband has 2 boys and 4 grandkids. I have 40/50 lbs to get rid of. This time I am not going to give up til I do it. I am a red hatter and we have a good time. I also work full time. I would like to get to know all of you ladies.
