Still worn out. Found out that my
Blood is at a 10 when it should be
15, so I am still anemic. I have
been taking my iron pills since Monday
so I should be seeing a rise in energy
from that and me getting used to being
back on diet track. I haven't cheated
so I hope to see a loss on my
unofficial weigh in tomorrow. And officially
Monday. My work out week starts over
tomorrow and I plan on being in the gym
or on the treadmill in the morning. I have
to get used to the school schedule that
will make me work out in the A.M on Tuesdays
and Thursdays and some Wednesdays. I am ready!
