No matter what use eggs older then a week. Fresh eggs will never peel easy no matter what method you use...
I bring eggs and water to a boil. Let boil 3 minutes and turn off and let eggs sit 10-15 minutes. Drain and crack eggs. Add some cold water and let sit a few minutes. Peel away.
