Did good this morning trying to conquer 1 mile in 15 minutes by Friday.
I know I can do it, just have to work hard at it. Am planning on having
1.5 miles under my belt in 15 minutes by next Wednesday when I change to
20 minutes! I can do it, so I can add .5 more miles and 5 more minutes
to my regime! I can do it!!.


Wednesday: .83 miles, 15:00 minutes, 138 calories, 43.1 fat calories
Thursday: .91 miles, 15:00 minutes, 149 calories, 46.6 fat calories
