Wow, welcome new members of our teams! Day one of our new challenge!
I am excited about this, hopefully I will reach goal this time. Going to be packing all day so it will be a really busy day for us. Went to see the house last night and they really have done quite a lot this week. My God I never realized the lot is so big. No way we can mow the grass with a little push mower! Although I guess it would be good excercise! Right at the moment it is just a dirt bowl though.

April 1st is so close, man I hope we can get it all done by then. Nice to see new members for the challenge. Good luck and good day 1 everyone!
