Hi e, How are you? Good to hear you've lost a bit. I'm just sitting at the moment, so I think I might try and get more exercise and see if that helps. I spent 3 hours in the garden today, so that should get something happening.I suppose I should be glad that the scales aren't going up.

I love my Mum, but it's funny sometimes that she still treats me like a little kid. I guess we never really grow up ,in our parents eyes. I know she means well.
