Hi
I am new here, I have been somersizing for a little over 2 wks, while I think this woe makes so much sense, I haven't really lost, cause I guess I cheat, I love to have my red wine in the evening, and I guess that messes the plan up, I gained some weight after stopping smoking, and also post menopausal, but am no longer on hormones, thanks to BC... well, I am exercising like never before, now pilates, wow, are they intense,, they look so easy, but wow do you feel it!! All this is new to me as I have never really had to diet, I had joined ediets, but just couldn't follow their meal plans, although I tried to watch the calories, as thats what their program is, calorie counting.
Is there any plan you can go on where you are allowed some wine???
