I guess I missed this thread before. I'm Somersizing and loving it. I am happy with the idea that a carb pig-out is still legal once in a while (if no pro/fats included of course!). So, unlike the way that I felt with ATKINS, I am not mourning the loss of my food. It's great once you get the hang of the rules!
