i've been sticking to both the Atkins induction and non-smoking since july 18th...so far so good...no cigs and I've lost 8 lbs!

who'd have thought it was possible...i mainly went lc not to GAIN weight...but the whole thing has been easy!

well...sorta....

life is good...and my lungs feel good, too.
